Lanaform Nuxo
A simple, natural solution to sleep disorders
If you suffer from a sleep disorder, you know very well that falling asleep is a critical moment. Whether you suffer from a circadian rhythm disorder (advanced, delayed, irregular) or night waking, falling asleep is a delicate phase that can be suddenly thrown out of balance by external factors, such as outside noises, or internal factors, such as obsessive thinking and rumination. You become frustrated with not being able to fall asleep and focus your attention on what is keeping you awake. This creates a vicious cycle that exacerbates your anxiety about sleep.
The NUXO sleep aid can certainly handle this. It is equipped with 4 techniques that will ensure relaxation of the whole body, its regeneration and thereby facilitate falling asleep. Nuxo offers breathing exercises to achieve cardiac coherence, white noise, nature sounds or a twilight simulator. Turn on NUXO and get ready for a restful night of sleep. Each program can be set individually using a timer.
1. Sunset simulator
It gradually reduces the light in the room, thereby simulating twilight. It uses an orange color that gradually turns into a warm red. The wavelength of red light promotes falling asleep and more intense secretion of melatonin. At the same time, it reduces the production of cortisol, which is the hormone of awakening.
2. Breathing exercises to achieve cardiac coherence
Turn on the red light projection on the device, which pulses in a slow, regular rhythm. The light guides you to completely calm your breath. It is based on the principle of heart coherence - a breathing exercise that gives a feeling of relaxation. Its purpose is to regulate heart rate and the autonomic nervous system. The hypnotic effect relaxes you and keeps your brain busy with activities that are much less interesting than thoughts.
3. White noise
Although the beneficial effect of white noise on sleep has not yet been scientifically proven, it is undeniable, especially for babies. This neutral sound noticeably improves falling asleep and the quality of sleep. The brain gets the impression that the auditory system is saturated, thereby muting external sounds and giving them less importance. You no longer focus on the sounds around you...
In addition to falling asleep, white noise also helps improve concentration, disconnect from the outside world, and even mask tinnitus.
4. Sounds of nature
Like white noise, some nature sounds have naturally calming and relaxing properties. Birds singing, the sound of a flowing river or the crackling of a fire have this effect. These peaceful sounds will dispel your ruminations and bring a sense of calm and help you naturally transition from wakefulness to sleep.
